Live Zoom Classes

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness – through a series of breathwork, mantra, postures, and mudras, we ignite the Kundalini energy and raise it up through your energy centres (chakras), activating this radiant energy. The final part of the class includes a deep relaxation and sound healing journey using crystal bowls and a gong bath.

Each week I teach a different set of postures (kriyas), to help you heal from past traumatic experiences, bad habits, addictions, and limiting beliefs that no longer serve you.
